Hello! My name is Mike Ball, and I am the Head Golf Professional at Ptarmigan Country Club. I have been involved with the game of golf in some capacity since I was 6 years old. From tournament play to golf course maintenance, I have experienced most everything this great game has to offer. I have spent the last 12 years of my life working hard to make Ptarmigan Country Club the best golf experience in Northern Colorado. I am fortunate to have support from my wonderful wife Kris, and our two young boys, Landon and Kellen. Whether in a round of golf, on the lesson tee, or during a club event, I hope to have the opportunity to enjoy the game with each and every one of you! Dan Billheimer, Executive Chef Greetings from the Ptarmigan kitchen! My name is Dan Billheimer, and I have been the Executive Chef at the Ptarmigan Country Club for a little more than 3 years now. Restaurants go back in my family several generations, and for over half my life I’ve been in a kitchen. The Ptarmigan membership has not only diverse palates, but high expectations for their restaurant. I enjoy rising to these challenges and working towards providing the best dinning experience possible. My wife, Junko, is a continual inspiration to me, as are my two daughters, Magnolia and Aika. My door is always open to any questions or concerns, and I look forward to making your next dinning experience here at the Ptarmigan a great one. Brooke McPhee, Event Coordinator Hello, my name is Brooke McPhee, and I am Ptarmigan’s Event Coordinator. I have been at Ptarmigan Country Club for 4 wonderful years now and have been apart of over 300 weddings and over 2,000 events. My job at the club includes planning all types of events from business meetings, birthday parties, and reunions to wedding ceremonies and receptions. Every little girl dreams of planning weddings and events when they grow up and I am fortunate enough to say that that dream came true for me. I am the person behind the scenes making sure that your event goes as smoothly as possible. Ptarmigan is a beautiful country club with an amazing atmosphere and backdrop to hold your event. I have been a part of The Ptarmigan family for over twelve years! I take great pride in making sure all of our Ptarmigan members are happy every time they are at The Club.
