Wedding Ceremony Fees
Our ceremony fee is $500.00. This fee includes labor required for the set up of your wedding chairs and any additional guest book, gift, or unity candle tables. The maximum set up time covered by this fee is three hours prior to the ceremony. Additional time may require an extra fee. A room rental fee will be charged for the reception room. In the event that you would like to have your ceremony and reception in the same room, there will be an additional fee of $300.00 to turn over the room. The addition of any extra ceremony décor is the responsibility of the event host. If the client wishes to rent additional decorations, the client is responsible for all rental fees, plus a 15% service fee.
Tents
A $500.00 tent rental fee will be charged for the use of the Ptarmigan Country Club tent. If a rental tent is required for the event, the Sales Manager will assist with the contracting and set up.
